AdWords enhanced Sitelinks

If you are running a campaign with sitelinks, sometimes you will see enhanced sitelinks. These sitelinks have additional information and are usually more relevant to your potential customers. You can not book those Sitelinks within your AdWords Account or within the Google AdWords Editor. In fact, Google decides whether a sitelink becomes an enhanced sitelink or not.

However, it is possible, to make it easier for Google to create enhanced sitelinks.

This is what enhanced Sitelinks look like:

Google takes your text advertisements as reference when they create enhanced sitelinks.  They add some of the information of the text ads to the sitelinks and create an enhanced sitelink. The enhanced sitelinks are only shown, if Google found other ads in your account, that match the sitelinks.
